DESCRIPTION:

Supply, Fabrication, Galvanizing, Protective Coating of 4700 t of Structural Steel and Composite Multi Level Floors.

Building consists of a 44 m high warehouse comprising Truss Transfer Beams, Truss Columns and Multi level composite floors which was manufactured and erected concurrently with a large portal frame Temperature Controlled Building.

Additional to the 2 main construction phases an additional 900t of office area and multiple external buildings were constructed independently of and concurrent with other works to complete the total project scope several weeks ahead of schedule.

A fully welded, one piece 30 m Clearspan Truss Airbridge completed the package. This was fabricated, painted and semi-finished by following trades before being lifted into final position.
